PQS consults its customers (private investors, laboratories, pharmaceutical/OTC companies, manufacturers, Sales Marketing agencies) in quality- and regulatory affairs, product management, reimbursement, risk management, business strategy and in Access-to-Markets. PQS is US Agent and EU Authorized Representative and provides services in Pharma, Medical Device, and Energy Industryies.

Our history

Maikel Hendriks studied "Precision Engineering" in Utrecht. During his study Mr. Hendriks and his fellow students set up a business in exclusive manufacturing. What started of as a joke, ended up as 'The enterprise off the year 1995'. The business model has been sold and Maikel decided to start working as a Quality Engineer for a machine tool manufacturer (Bridgeport Machines LTD).

At the end of 1996 Mr. Hendriks was given the opportunity by Bridgeport Machines to start up his own business in providing a model for international manufacturing. The fundaments of this model were based on quality assurance tools. The success of this project inspired Mr. Hendriks to start up his own company specializing in quality support: PQS (Progress Quality Support) was founded in 1997.

In 1998 the economy decreased and PQS needed to focus on new business. During this period PQS acquired a lot of new clients in the dental industry. Those dental clients led to new clients in the pharmaceutical industry finally accumulating in the creation of PQS Group®.
